- Set up exam rooms per provider preference, keep exam rooms stocked and clean between patients; cleaned at end of each work day; assist in maintaining public spaces for professional appearance.
- Attend trainings and stay current on requirements for Merit Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) measures, HIPAA compliance and Protected Health Information.
- Schedule return appointments and/or enter recalls in Electronic Practice Management (EPM) as ordered by the provider, including referrals to outside providers
- Other duties as assigned.

The Information Technology (IT) Director is responsible for leading and managing the IT function across the designated region for all aspects of IT services. Working together, we have established ourselves as the eye care provider of choice in both regions and are excited to work with the Eye Care of La Jolla team to expand our footprint in Southern California and the greater San Diego market.
